What is this course about?

The Core Transformation Workshop meets the deepest strivings of our times to heal ourselves and develop as human beings, emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. The simple process taught during this workshop offers a graceful way to change unwanted thoughts, feelings and habits, and achieve goals you thought unattainable. Based on the pioneering work of Connirae Andreas, Core Transformation is a breakthrough in the fields of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), psychology, and spirituality.

Specific changes attributed to the Core Transformation process include changing “problem” emotions and behaviors, overcoming depression, mending relationships and improving all aspects of health. Core Transformation also helps you deal with the many stresses of everyday life. As a daily practice, it’s an ideal way to take time out to connect with our deeper selves when feeling overloaded.

Core Transformation is a technique that takes you on a healing inner journey to the depths of your being. This process gently, yet powerfully, facilitates deep, lasting personal change. It is not about will-power, or discipline, or positive thinking; rather, it is a natural, easy process that gets us in touch with our core self to facilitate lasting change. Core Transformation helps us to respect ourselves more fully, to move beyond inner conflict and inner struggle into experiencing every part of us in alignment with our deepest self; the change comes from within you, not from anybody else.

The process can help us to find an underlying sense of well-being, even when life is at its worst — like a calm harbor surrounded by a stormy sea. It is experiencing that our worst faults and least-liked behaviors can be the doorways to personal transformation. It is an experience of transforming rather than suppressing our most hated quirks and foibles, allowing them to become our strongest allies.

During this three-day workshop you will learn specific methods for resolving problems and transforming limitations and as well as learning a major process for improving relationships. These methods will help you naturally come to a greater sense of self, while enhancing your ability to understand and be compassionate toward others in your life.

The manual you will receive guides you through an easy-to-follow ten-step process for transforming your personal limitations by actually embracing them.  Tamara Andreas will first lay the groundwork for you to experience the process fully, in a safe environment. Then she’ll demonstrate the process for you, with one participant, to make it easy for you to do the process yourself. You will also receive a clear, step-by-step script to go through the steps with a partner. Most people describe these states with words like “Being,” “inner peace,” “love,” or “oneness.” Through the Core Transformation process, these states become your new foundation for living. With these states uncovered in this specific way, many limitations melt away, and even deeply-entrenched problems often unravel and dissolve. The most trivial problems can be a doorway leading to a profound sense of self.

You will have clear guidance in every step of the process under the direction of experienced trainer and co-author of the book, “Core Transformation”, Tamara Andreas. Experienced coaches will be right there to assist in the event you want some assistance at any point along the way. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions in the discussion afterwards. Having the direct experience of this method yourself seems to be important to congruently lead others to experiencing their deep inner core.
